Introduction Fat is an ester of glycerol and fatty acid. Fat is a type of nutrient that plays important roles in our body. Fatty acids are of two types - 1. Saturated fat 2. Unsaturated fat 1. Saturated fat : Coconut oil and palm oil are the examples of saturated oil 2.
